Join me for The 60 minute Live-Stream Yoga Class on Zoom. YWC is an online community with yoga classes every week, Live-Streamed, for the virtual experience of a live yoga class in the privacy of your home.

3. An email with the link to join YWC Studio will be sent to you 10 minutes before class

4. Find a quiet, comfortable space, with limited distractions. You will want to bring a mat, wear something you can move in, and your favorite props.

<3 To get the most out of your class time, it is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes early and practice at the same time, same day, each week.

<3To dive deeper, incorporate some of your favorite essential oils or have a cup of CBD tea (10mg recommendation) before class

What is different about virtual class than a recorded class?

The community and personalization are. Yoga is about connection. In a virtual yoga class, you know that there are people there with you, doing what you are doing, at the same time you are doing it.

Virtual yoga is great way to begin the day in a state of balance and focus. It is also a great way to end the day and relax. Check out what class time works best for your schedule!

If you have an injury or are pregnant, there is additional mindfulness required on your part. There is a difference in a good stretch and a painfully pushing ego. Listen to your body.
