Hey y’all, great news! I’m in Texas for the month of February, spreading the illuminating gift of yoga throughout the great Dallas/ Fort Worth Area.
I brought with me some golden nuggets of wisdom as I have been traveling through Asia since October on Sadhana. Unification, relaxation and breath are richer than ever in class so you feel like a million bucks, or rupee, whatever your preferred denomination is.
The journey began in Nepal, so close to the third eye chakra of the world, you can taste it. I had the privilege of practicing yoga across from the the Himalayas, with only a lake between us. A lake with unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. I shared company with enlightened souls as we talked about the depths of life. The Maharaja even gifted us with his presence a couple times.
India was a dive into Aryuveda and yoga. Kerala was the first stop and is the birthplace of Ayurvedic medicine. I experienced seven days of Abhyanga and seven days of Kizhi, in a traditional setting. For my experience on the first day, click here. A sleeper train took us up to Uttarakhand, North India to stay in the remote village of Jaynti at Yog Sadhana Dham, an Ayurvedic Ashram. You may have heard of Uttarakand in reference to Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga. Rishikesh is Jaynti Village’s touristy neighbor. The more we get out of our comfort zone, the more we grow. My travels in India were away from tourism, I choose to see through eyes of truth and not comfort. For my experience at Yoga Sadhana Dham click here.
So now, I land in Dallas, Texas for you to capitalize on my experience before I move back to Colorado. I’m happy to come to your business, gym, home or special event to give you and your community an experience, never to be forgotten.
