After a short reading from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, learn how to create space for self-observation and alignment. Balanced Being Yoga covers key principles while transitioning through Asana, and life changes. This includes integrity with a firm, steady foundation.

We will cover breath observation, drishti, and transparent observation with the fundamental position of emptiness.
