1. Arrive With Intention
Log in 3–5 minutes early to land, breathe, and transition into your practice with ease.
2. Keep Your Camera On (If It Feels Safe)
Your presence helps me guide you with care. If you need your camera off, honor that—just let me know.
3. Prepare Your Sanctuary
Create a clean, open space where your body can move freely and your nervous system can soften.
4. Quiet the Noise
Silence notifications and external distractions. Give yourself permission to unplug and drop into presence.
5. Honor Your Body’s Wisdom
Move at a pace that feels true. No forcing, comparing, or competing—this practice is yours.
6. Share What You Need
If you have injuries, emotional needs, or specific intentions, tell me at the start or message me privately.
7. Props as Support, Not Perfection
Have blocks, a strap, pillows, or blankets nearby. Comfort is part of the ritual.
8. Stay Muted During Class
To preserve the calm flow for everyone, keep your mic muted unless we’re connecting directly.
9. Confidential & Sacred
What’s shared in class stays in class. This is a safe, compassionate community container.
10. Energy Exchange
Please ensure your Patreon tier, membership, or class pass is active before class—it supports the consistency of our shared practice.
11. No Recording
To protect everyone’s privacy and the integrity of the space, recording is not permitted.

If you need to step away or adjust something, move gently. Let your transitions be part of the practice.
