Nidra
Tap into theta brainwaves for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. We begin with gentle yoga poses to release tension, followed by Savasana. From Savasana, you are guided through the five levels. One session of Yoga Nidra is said to provide the equivalent restorative benefits of four hours of sleep. Regular practice allows you to remain in a deeply relaxed delta state while staying awake. Props like blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows enhance comfort and deepen the experience.
Balanced Being
Improve joint mobility, hip stabilization, and shoulder strength to enhance balance and flexibility. The practice starts with a brief reading from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, guiding you to create space for self-observation and alignment. Key principles are emphasized as you transition through Asanas, fostering integrity and a steady foundation. The class also includes breath observation, drishti (focused gaze), and transparent self-awareness, emphasizing the fundamental position of emptiness for deep mindfulness ⏀
Tuesday
Yin Yang
Activate the whole body, beginning with the three main energy centers. Begin with a grounding practice and build strength from there with the Four Infinite Thoughts: love, compassion, equanimity, and joy. Body form channels equanimity in space. ⏀

Discover Tibetan Heart Yoga with tools and techniques from The Five Tibetan Rites and Series 2 Mahamudra- The Great Seal. The nervous system strengthens with awareness of side channels. This practice opens your heart to love others and makes your physical heart and body healthy and strong. The second coming from the first.
